Aspocrete was founded by two professionals with backgrounds in civil engineering and an MBA in Marketing, bringing together technical understanding and business expertise with a shared vision for the construction industry. Their journey began with hands-on experience in the construction sector, giving them a practical understanding of the challenges faced by builders, contractors and professionals on site. As their experience grew, they expanded their focus into construction chemicals, including tile adhesives, waterproofing and other building solutions.
In 2023, Shivapriya Infra Chemical was established as a new chapter in this journey, strengthening the group's focus on construction-related solutions.
In 2026, the company was incorporated as Shivapriya Infra Chemical LLP, with its products and solutions being offered under the brand name Aspocrete.
Today, Aspocrete brings together technical expertise, business understanding and practical industry experience to deliver reliable solutions for tile & stone fixing, waterproofing and walling applications — engineered to last.
