Roof-PRO Advance
Roof-PRO Advance is a single-component, water-based acrylic waterproof coating. It can be applied to most structural surfaces to make them waterproof. The coating is UV stable and highly reflective, with high flexibility. Used for waterproofing all types of RCC surfaces such as roofs, chajjas, parapet walls and external walls. Asbestos cement sheet roofs can also be waterproofed using scrim cloth or seal arm tape at the junctions, overlaps and J-bolts as reinforcement. Also used as a damp-proof course under the first layer of bricks or blocks in masonry works.

How to apply
- 01
Prepare
- Thoroughly prepare the surface and free it from any impurities.
- 02
Prime
- Dilute one part by volume of Roof-PRO Advance with one part of clean water and apply evenly with a brush.
- 03
Coat
- Two coats are recommended. Apply the first coat when the primer coat is touch dry.
- Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first for uniform masking and even application.
Safety precautions
- Use hand gloves while mixing the product.
- In case of contact with skin or eyes, wash with plenty of water and get medical help immediately.
Important notes
- Apply only on concrete surfaces cured for at least 28 days.
- Do not apply if the temperature is above 40 °C or below 5 °C.
- Ensure the surface is dry and clean before application.
- Avoid application if rain is expected within 24 hours.
